Supports hotel catering and event sales operations by handling office administration, phone coverage, inquiries, filing, menu kits, supplies, event information, billing, contracts, correspondence, reports, and sales-system updates. Conducts site tours as directed and assists managers with daily needs. Requires professional communication, multitasking, basic office software proficiency, and the ability to work in a busy hospitality environment.

Lead and supervise the sales team to drive hotel revenue through group, banquet, meeting, and leisure sales. Solicit new accounts, maintain and grow existing accounts, meet sales quotas (calls, site inspections, outside calls), manage bookings, coordinate with operations, represent the hotel at industry events, complete sales reporting, and promote positive guest relations and team environment.

Own and operate the IT ticketing system and provide end-user support across corporate offices and hotels. Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, endpoints, printers, and business apps. Use AD/Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerShell. Monitor endpoint security, assist with vulnerability remediation, support onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and infrastructure deployments.
