Manage commercial lifecycle of client contracts for major infrastructure projects: contract analysis, bidding, negotiation, change and claims management, risk identification, support execution teams, liaise with legal and senior management, ensure process/ISO compliance, maintain client relationships. Monthly site travel required.

Coordinate design activities for major infrastructure projects (bridges, roads, tunnels). Prepare technical proposals, manage document submissions, monitor progress and risks, support procurement and subcontracting, ensure compliance with design change controls, produce progress reports, and ensure technical, contractual, health/safety, environmental and quality requirements are met.

Lead end-to-end pursuit lifecycle for major infrastructure projects across Canada, developing bid strategy, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing schedules and proposals, reviewing procurement/commercial risks, and securing high-value contracts through client engagement and competitive pricing.

Support the Project Manager to deliver heavy civil infrastructure projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. Assist with planning, scheduling, cost reporting, risk mitigation, contract and change management, subcontractor coordination, procurement, safety and quality program implementation, progress billings, and site inspections.

Lead governance, deployment and evolution of project information environments (DMS, collaborative platforms, CDE). Manage a distributed team, ensure document quality, traceability, ISO19650 compliance, drive adoption, training, business analysis and bespoke development to improve project information performance across construction infrastructure projects.

Perform FP&A activities including variance analysis versus forecasts, budgeting and forecasting, executive presentations, ad-hoc project analysis, financial modeling, KPI development and monitoring, and medium-to-long-term cash forecasting. Support related finance tasks under the controller's supervision.
