Lead BIM/VDC strategy and team for large infrastructure projects. Define standards, govern tools and workflows, support project BIM execution plans, provide technical support and training, manage budgets and schedules, and represent the company in industry events and vendor engagements.

Plan, develop and maintain complex schedules for major infrastructure projects using Primavera P6 (and optionally MS Project). Produce progress reports, SPI/CPI metrics, cash-flow curves, critical path and variance analyses, integrate schedule data for tracking, and coordinate stakeholders from bidding through project delivery.
