Design, develop, test, and operate large-scale BI solutions (reports, dashboards, data models) using Power BI and Azure Synapse. Gather requirements, translate business needs into data models, tune performance, collaborate with BI architects on POCs, and maintain stakeholder communication.

Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, deploy and optimize network configurations, monitor performance with tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime, and perform 2nd/3rd-level infrastructure support. Design and audit network/security, maintain documentation, support disaster recovery planning, and recommend upgrades. Provide staff guidance and continuous improvements to ensure network availability and data integrity.

Develop cloud-hosted monitoring and control platform features for large-scale solar and storage. Participate in weekly sprints, refactor and optimize edge performance and security, provide product feedback, and document features and configurations for support teams.

Design and architect robust ETL/data pipelines on cloud platforms. Build and automate data ingestion and preprocessing using Spark/Databricks, AWS Glue, Airflow. Implement warehousing architectures (EDW, DM, ODS, MOLAP/ROLAP), ensure SQL-based data quality, use version control, and deliver tested production pipelines while communicating with stakeholders.

Manage, configure, and support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations financial modules; gather requirements, lead implementations, manage consultants, train end users, and document procedures for GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, and Banking.
