Part-time, in-office internship supporting Business Operations by managing projects, maintaining monday.com workflows, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, handling administrative and event logistics, conducting process audits, creating templates/SOPs, and presenting process improvement recommendations to the Business Operations team.

Manage media outreach to expand Third Way's visibility: craft rollout strategies and pitches, build and maintain press relationships, coordinate media logistics and guest bookings, track and analyze coverage, and collaborate with communications and policy teams to shape messaging and campaigns.
