Elicit and document system and user requirements, work with end users to define business processes, create Visio process maps, perform fit-gap analysis, produce test cases/scenarios, manage requirements tracking, support technical implementation across SDLC and Agile projects using project management tools.

Designs and implements standardized IT processes (security/compliance, incident/problem/change/configuration/asset management) based on ITIL, SDLC and BRMS. Identifies tooling, defines alert protocols, establishes compliance metrics, trains teams, and partners with project managers on effort and timelines.

Develop and maintain C#/.NET applications. Requires 5+ years C# experience plus knowledge of C/C++, VB, ActiveX, COM objects, and IPC. MATLAB experience is a plus. Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and a relevant bachelor's degree required.

Develop predictive statistical models and reports using SAS Visual Statistics and Visual Analytics to identify member behavioral trends (e.g., readmission risk). Load and analyze data in LASR, communicate methods and results to executives and analysts, and work in a distributed Linux/UNIX environment within the health insurance domain.

Seek an Autosys architect-level consultant to install, configure and administer CA Autosys and CA Unicenter, schedule application jobs, develop KornShell/C++/Perl scripts for FTP/SFTP and deployment, perform Unix/Linux administration (AIX familiarity), integrate monitoring tools, support Netvault and Teradata (preferred), and be available for extended hours and on-call support.
