Manage and maintain Microsoft infrastructure, including servers, Exchange, operating systems, backups, patching, virtualization, security, and user access. Monitor server performance, troubleshoot hardware and software, document configurations, install standardized hardware, and support enterprise data integrity. Coordinate with vendors and assist leadership with IT projects. Provide end-user and leadership support while participating in a rotating 24-hour on-call schedule and working onsite at least three days weekly.

Partners with stakeholders to analyze processes, gather requirements, and design, configure, integrate, and support business systems. Leads cross-functional technology projects, testing, change management, vendor coordination, data analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, system administration, and roadmap planning. Provides operational and on-call support while improving system performance, data quality, scalability, and guest experience.
