Responsible for growing non-hazardous industrial waste revenues in the Buffalo market by acquiring new customers, managing and expanding existing accounts, forecasting and budgeting, coordinating with operations and waste approval teams, and supporting sales processes. Role includes client relationship management, contract/compliance adherence, and ~25% regional travel.

Manage facility procurement from supplier qualification through contract award and performance management. Lead RFPs, bid analysis, negotiations, purchase orders, expediting, supplier onboarding, cost reporting, KPI development, and total cost reduction initiatives while coordinating with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure contract compliance and supply continuity.

Coordinate IT operational, financial, procurement, and portfolio activities for the CIO office. Support IT budgeting (OpEx/CapEx), track spend and variance, manage procurement/POs and PCard administration, facilitate demand intake and portfolio tracking, produce dashboards and executive reporting, ensure audit readiness, and drive process improvements and cross-functional alignment between IT, Finance, and Procurement.

Partner with commercial teams to drive revenue growth and profitability through sales incentive program management, KPI and dashboard development, monthly reporting, incentive payout calculation, and data integrity/automation initiatives. Support strategic planning, regional revenue alignment, and continuous process improvements to simplify and govern sales incentive plans.

Provide electrical engineering support for Thermomechanical Treatment Facilities worldwide: review/approve electrical designs, support commissioning, troubleshoot HV/MV/LV power systems and protective relays, perform root-cause analyses, develop corrective actions and technical bulletins, and collaborate with plant teams. Expect ~30% travel and mentorship of junior engineers.

Lead procurement for major capital projects ($10M–$1.5B), develop sourcing strategies, prequalify and evaluate vendors, run RFP/RFQ processes, negotiate EPC/construction/equipment contracts, allocate commercial risk, manage post-award supplier performance, drive cost-out and lifecycle savings, produce executive procurement reporting, and lead and develop project procurement teams.

Provide regional technical and compliance oversight for CEMS and DAS across multiple facilities, ensuring QA/QC, audit readiness (RATAs, opacity, cylinder audits), preventive maintenance, change control, inspections, reporting, and corrective action to maintain regulatory compliance and data defensibility.

Lead commercial startup sales for new Material Processing Facilities (MPFs), developing broker and direct sales strategies, driving profitable revenue growth, forecasting and pipeline management, executing pricing and contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and traveling frequently to build customer relationships and fill facility capacity.
