Creates technical documentation, reviews peer code, establishes technology best practices, supports application security and integrity, and provides technical assistance and cross-training. Requires full-stack development experience with front-end and Microsoft technologies, databases, AI-assisted development, Agile SDLC, analytical skills, and strong organizational and customer service abilities.

Supports and maintains business applications through testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, documentation, integrations, automation, and end-user support. Provides off-hours assistance, contributes to process improvements, cross-trains team members, and stays current on application updates. Requires analytical problem-solving, customer service, Agile SDLC knowledge, Microsoft environment familiarity, and a bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
