Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring a smooth and effective operation of applications
- Application and database testing and QA
- Maintaining and updating technical documents, processes, and procedures
- Providing technical support by troubleshooting and resolving application issues, monitoring scheduled jobs, and by supporting end users
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to departmental initiatives
- Resolving system problems during non-business hours or backlogs by providing off-hours support as needed
- Assisting with application integrations
- Automating manual processes when feasible
- Providing cross training to other team members within the department and credit union
- Keeping abreast of any updates, enhancements, or new features
Required Skills

- Knowledge and experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Power Automate
- Basic knowledge of programming concepts like control flow, functions, and Object-Oriented Programming
- Knowledge of the credit union’s banking systems, including but not limited to DNA, CCM, and Q2, is a plus
Required Education
Bachelors in Information Technology or related field of study or equivalent years of experience
