Perform routine servicing, maintenance and repairs to Arriva and DVSA standards on PSV/HGV vehicles. Diagnose faults, support MOT preparation, carry out quality checks and preventative maintenance to improve vehicle performance and uptime.

Provide operational support for payroll programs and processes, assist with payroll data entry and reconciliations, respond to payroll inquiries, maintain documentation, and support payroll system updates and project tasks with internal stakeholders.

Lead workshop teams to maintain fleet safety, reliability and availability across London. Oversee daily operations, breakdown responses, MOT prep, quality audits, H&S, vehicle allocation, and team development while remaining hands-on for mechanical and electrical servicing when required.

Provide 2nd line field and office-based IT support across ~100 UK sites. Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers and network issues; support Active Directory, Azure and Windows environments; assist in projects, create documentation, mentor colleagues, and coordinate with technical teams and suppliers.

Drive B2B revenue and patronage across North East & Yorkshire by identifying, negotiating and securing commercial contracts, managing key accounts and partnerships, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, forecasting against KPIs, and collaborating with commercial, marketing, administration and operations teams to deliver sustainable growth and excellent customer outcomes.
