The role emphasizes organization, accuracy, follow-through, spreadsheet proficiency, and cross-department communication.

Handles inbound internet leads and sales calls through phone, text, and email; promptly follows up with prospects, re-engages inactive leads, sets and confirms appointments, documents activity in the CRM, and collaborates with showroom staff. The role requires consistent execution of a defined communication process, objection handling, high-volume customer engagement, and achievement of performance goals. It is a full-time, non-management position with training provided.

Sell new and pre-owned Buick and GMC vehicles through internet leads, phone leads, and showroom traffic. Manage customer pipelines in a CRM, conduct vehicle presentations and test drives, guide buyers through the full sales process, close consultatively, and build repeat and referral business while meeting monthly sales targets.
