Manages construction-related insurance risk, including contract reviews, insurance policies, surety bonds, controlled insurance programs, claims coordination, loss control visits, renewals, and risk mitigation. Partners with project teams, owners, brokers, carriers, and regional offices to ensure compliance, communicate contractual risks, support insurance processes, and develop training and department initiatives. Travel to regional offices may be required.

Supports supply chain operations through vendor proposal review, agreement and asset management records, communications, reporting, and basic business analysis. Coordinates vendor engagement events and collaborates with project and business teams while following sourcing and operational standards. The role is mentored by senior supply chain staff and involves local commuting with occasional regional travel.

Leads complex supply chain and procurement assignments for electrical systems supporting data center construction. Reviews drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, procurement packages, vendor proposals, and technical documentation. Coordinates with manufacturers, project teams, subcontractors, designers, commissioning partners, and internal leadership to ensure purchased equipment meets technical, commercial, schedule, quality, safety, and compliance requirements.

Coordinates marketing activities for project pursuits, including RFPs, RFQs, interviews, surveys, collateral, photography, databases, and custom stakeholder packages. Supports marketing education, team collaboration, special projects, employee and client gifts, office announcements, and client events. Maintains brand standards, proofs and edits materials, manages multiple requests, and collaborates across departments.

Executes core accounting activities supporting monthly close and financial reporting. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, performing job cost accounting, supporting revenue recognition and WIP preparation, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, resolving discrepancies, using ERP systems, and supporting internal controls, audits, compliance, and process improvements.

Manage complex supply chain workloads and act as subject-matter expert. Administer and negotiate master service agreements, purchase orders, subcontracts, and large contract portfolios. Develop contract governance, vendor management, sourcing, and risk mitigation processes. Support construction projects (data center experience preferred) and lead high-value competitive sourcing and solicitation activities.

Coordinate planning, installation, startup, and commissioning of MEP equipment for mission-critical, healthcare, and TI projects. Manage MEP models and submittal reviews, resolve MEP RFIs, track construction progress and cutovers, coordinate vendor startup and commissioning, organize client training, and mentor MEP staff.

Manage tenant-improvement construction projects from preconstruction through closeout: budgeting, bidding, cost control, client and trade partner communication, document control, site coordination, project financial reporting, and mentoring junior staff.

Lead planning, installation, startup and commissioning of MEP systems across mission-critical, healthcare, and TI projects. Oversee MEP modeling, review submittals, coordinate commissioning and vendor startups, track construction progress, mentor and supervise the MEP team, and support preconstruction and business development activities.

Manage commercial construction projects through all phases: budgeting, bidding, cost control, client and trade partner communication, document control, site coordination, and closeout. Produce accurate budgets and forecasts, manage monthly billing and receivables, ensure compliant subcontracts and insurance, support preconstruction and business development, mentor junior staff, and use company systems to meet project financial goals.
