Support the Project Management team through budgeting, bidding, cost control, RFIs, submittals, documentation, OAC meeting leadership, site coordination, schedule distribution, closeout, and use of company systems while promoting safety.

Coordinate planning, installation, startup and commissioning of MEP equipment for mission-critical, healthcare, and TI projects. Manage MEP modeling and submittal reviews, track construction progress, organize startup/commissioning documentation, work with subcontractors/vendors to close punch-list items, and mentor/train MEP team members.

Manage and develop logic-driven construction project schedules, maintain schedule accuracy and integration, communicate risks and status, produce schedule documentation and reports, train junior schedulers, and support mitigation and sequencing with project teams.

Lead and govern complex IT projects across the CTS portfolio, standardizing project, change, and release management practices. Coordinate vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams to align priorities, optimize resources, reduce release risk, and drive continuous improvement to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Manage and maintain integrated, logic-driven project schedules; identify risks and slippages; communicate status and analysis; produce milestone charts and documentation; coordinate with PMs, field teams and trade partners; train others and support schedule-based mitigation.
