The Senior Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing assigned supply chain management workload which may include assignments over geographic regions of business operations, market segments or areas of supply chain management operation.  The Senior Supply Chain Specialist serves as a supply chain management subject matter expert in advising internal team members and is charged with handling the most complex supply chain management actions. 

Job Requirements:

• Extensive contract management experience (4+ years) with demonstrated expertise in administering master service agreements, purchase orders, work orders, subcontracts, and multi-tier contractual frameworks.

• Proven experience managing large and complex contract portfolios, typically exceeding $100M in aggregate value and encompassing numerous concurrent contractual agreements.

• Strong background in developing and enhancing contract management operations, governance processes, and vendor management programs that drive compliance, efficiency, and risk mitigation.

• Extensive experience negotiating complex construction-related agreements and leading high-value competitive sourcing and solicitation processes.

• Experience supporting data center construction projects and/or managing construction subcontractor and vendor agreements is highly preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • Preference for Bachelors degree in supply chain management or financial related education.
  • ISM - CPSM within 12 months of entry into role
  • 5-10  years of supply chain/supply chain management or related field (preference with experience in large scale construction).
  • Solid background in business management, financial management, supply chain management, vendor management, or asset management.
  • Strong working knowledge of supply chain management, sourcing, contract management, and inventory management software in addition to MS Office products, PDF software, and strong working knowledge of financial management tools.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Regular work days and hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30AM - 4:30PM.
  • This position will commute locally to an office or project site with occasional regional travel.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear; climb stairs and/or ladders, and walk on uneven ground.
