Serve as the branch's first point of contact, manage front-office presentation, handle client enquiries, and provide administrative support including banking, purchasing, reporting, bookkeeping, mail and deliveries, and basic marketing/promotions to support the real estate team.

Provide administrative and customer-facing support for a real estate branch: prepare documentation and advertising, manage trust funds and debt collection support, create marketing materials, assist property management, and represent Elders at community events to grow client relationships.

Provide front-line customer service and administrative support to the branch, assist across the sales process including livestock processing, create promotional materials, support events and expense management, and help build client relationships within the agricultural community.
