About the role
 

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join the growing team on a permanent, Full-Time basis.

This role will suit individuals who have an interest in real estate, offering endless progression within the Elders real estate market. This position would be ideal for an ambitious real estate enthusiast, who is looking to immerse themselves in the field and learn from the best in the industry. 
 

You will be provided with on-the-job training and support, learning from some of Elders top sales agents, all whilst being in the comfort of an established sales team. This is the perfect opportunity to enter the real estate industry, allowing you to acquire comprehensive knowledge, learn the intricacies of the industry and prepare you for a successful career in real estate. 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: (with initial training provided):

  • Assist with open homes and inspections
  • Provide support to vendors and buyers
  • Prepare listing and presentation materials
  • Develop and distribute marketing materials
  • Preparing CMAs
  • Property settlement support, including pre-settlement checks
  • Database management
  • Support with general administration as required

  • Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
  • Well-developed computer skills
  • Possess a high level of organisation and time management skills
  • Current driver’s license
  • Willing to work hard and have a team first attitude
  • Certificate IV in Real Estate – or willingness to obtain
