Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Environmental Services division leadership. Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, expense reports, and event logistics. Produce materials (reports, presentations), track action items, support employee engagement activities, and drive special projects to improve executive office efficiency and information flow.

Sell and grow used motor oil (UMO) recovery and recycling services in an assigned territory by prospecting new customers, expanding existing accounts, preparing quotes and contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance guidance, and representing GFL at industry events. Manage pricing, margins, sales leads, and competitor activity while traveling within the territory and working independently.

Sell commercial and industrial waste management services by prospecting, cold calling, field visits, and closing deals. Build pipeline in Salesforce, win accounts from competitors, collaborate with operations for onboarding, and represent the company at local events.

A 9–12 month rotational trainee program that teaches hauling operations: ride-alongs, shop and dispatch, routing/data analysis, customer service, and frontline supervision. Trainees learn DOT/OSHA compliance, safety, crew leadership, route optimization, and will transition into an Operations Supervisor/Manager role with responsibility for team, budget, and KPIs. Relocation within the Midwest required.

Coordinate proposals and quotes, act as liaison between Sales, Operations, Accounting and Office staff, maintain customer and pricing records in OMS, provide administrative support to Account Managers, lead sales-related projects and perform system updates. Support regional and inside sales managers and collaborate with technical teams as needed.
