Conduct investigations, support performance improvement, ensure adherence to Philippine labor laws, coordinate across HR functions, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.

Lead development and maintenance of a program management system to manage product development for guest experiences. Build tools, dashboards, and financial models; track milestones and budgets; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders; provide executive reporting; onboard partners and vendors; and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and optimized post-launch.

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Guest Technology digital products (apps and web). Define strategy and roadmap, prioritize backlog, serve as Product Owner, collaborate with UX, engineering, QA, and stakeholders, lead ship rollouts, run usability testing, monitor analytics, and produce business reports and documentation to drive guest satisfaction and revenue.

Drive strategic planning, portfolio governance, and performance tracking for Global Cybersecurity Services. Develop roadmaps, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting. Improve processes using Lean/Six Sigma, coordinate global stakeholders, prepare business cases and governance documentation, and support budgeting/forecasting. Leverage automation, Power Platform, SQL, and AI tools to automate reporting and analysis.

Support and maintain finance applications (Oracle EBS, BlackLine, Kyriba), monitor integrations and interfaces, perform reconciliations and UAT activities, manage user access reviews, coordinate with Finance/Treasury/IT stakeholders, investigate data/process discrepancies, and support finance transformation projects across shore and fleet.
