Oversee shoreside rehearsal and wardrobe operations, including warehouse and inventory management, performer footwear, shipping, procurement, cast housing, transportation, and vendor performance. Lead operational planning, process improvements, records, audits, and cross-functional coordination with Casting, Studio Operations, Wardrobe Operations, Procurement, and external partners. Ensure rehearsal readiness, cost-effective resource utilization, service quality, compliance, and a positive cast experience.

Supervises rehearsal production and vocal or choreography training for cruise ship entertainment shows. Coordinates cast transitions, rehearsal schedules, shipboard installations, technical requirements, travel, and training materials across the fleet. Provides coaching, feedback, and direction to performers while collaborating with creative, casting, technical, hotel operations, and fleet teams. Ensures show quality, safety, policy compliance, efficient rehearsals, and financial accountability.
