Owns the vision, backlog, prioritization, delivery outcomes, and lifecycle of Salesforce-supported enterprise products. Translates stakeholder needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria; leads Agile ceremonies; accepts completed work; and partners with engineering, architecture, data, QA, compliance, legal, audit, and health plan teams. Ensures solutions meet business, security, regulatory, and operational requirements while identifying risks, optimization opportunities, and automation improvements.

Supports a 10-week community engagement project for a Medicaid health plan in Nebraska. Responsibilities include collecting and validating information, organizing project data, analyzing engagement coverage, creating impact maps and visual presentations, preparing leadership-ready summaries, participating in cross-functional meetings, maintaining documentation, and presenting findings and recommendations to leadership.

Analyzes healthcare and business data from multiple sources to create reports, dashboards, forecasts, and actionable insights. Develops SQL- and Excel-based reporting solutions, validates data quality, supports claims and utilization analysis, fulfills regulatory reporting requirements, and improves reporting workflows. Collaborates with stakeholders to define requirements, presents findings, documents methodologies, and supports analytics projects, audits, and process automation.

Supports healthcare implementation projects, business workflow documentation, process improvement, work plans, and deliverables. Reviews large datasets from multiple sources to identify outliers, monitor trends, and prepare state-mandated reports. The internship provides experiential learning for undergraduate students interested in healthcare or data analytics.

Supports the Information Security organization with IAM and identity security initiatives, including access management, access reviews, identity governance, privileged access, authentication, cloud identity, and provisioning. Assists with security data analysis, risk identification, documentation, testing, reporting, automation, and process improvement while gaining hands-on cybersecurity experience in a healthcare environment.

Supports Molina Healthcare’s Information Security organization with a focus on identity and access management. Assists with access reviews, identity governance, provisioning and deprovisioning, privileged access, authentication, cloud identity, security automation, documentation, testing, reporting, and risk analysis. The internship provides hands-on cybersecurity experience in a healthcare environment while developing analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Supports Molina Healthcare’s Information Security organization with a focus on identity and access management. Assists with access reviews, identity governance, provisioning and deprovisioning, privileged access, cloud identity, authentication, security automation, data analysis, risk identification, documentation, testing, reporting, and project activities while gaining practical cybersecurity experience in a healthcare environment.

Supports Molina Healthcare’s cybersecurity organization with Identity and Access Management initiatives, including access reviews, identity governance, provisioning, privileged access, authentication, cloud identity, and security automation. The intern analyzes access and security data, identifies risks and process improvements, assists with documentation, reporting, testing, and projects, and gains hands-on cybersecurity experience in a healthcare environment.

Supports member enrollment for Molina health insurance plans by screening prospects, explaining plan options, processing applications, assisting with renewals, and ensuring documentation accuracy. Builds relationships with healthcare providers, agencies, and community organizations; participates in outreach events and health fairs; meets enrollment targets; and provides customer assistance while following health plan rules, marketing guidelines, and HIPAA requirements. Local travel and occasional evening or weekend events are required.

Supports health plan enrollment by screening prospective members, explaining plan options, assisting with applications and provider selection, processing accurate documentation, and completing recertifications. Builds relationships with healthcare providers, agencies, and community organizations to generate enrollment opportunities.
