Provide operational risk and control assurance for Consumer Banking Singapore: perform RCSA, monthly control effectiveness testing, monitor KRIs, manage control issues and audits, support regulatory reporting and MAS engagements, advise business on risk/compliance, and support CBGS projects and implementation of risk frameworks.

Support HR team with sourcing, interview coordination, basic data analysis and reporting, new-hire data cleanup, and general HR operations including ad-hoc projects and physical file clearing.

Manage the cards product portfolio P&L, develop value propositions, launch and relaunch card products, run data-driven marketing campaigns, optimize profitability, coordinate stakeholders for product and system enhancements, and handle day-to-day operations and customer issues.

Assess high-net-worth clients' needs and recommend wealth, insurance, retirement and estate solutions. Conduct outreach, schedule appointments, update clients on holdings, and achieve monthly product sales targets. Ensure KYC, regulatory compliance and accurate application processing, complete required training, and maintain strong relationship management through prospecting, networking and negotiation.

Own end-to-end management of investment products, drive digital product development and distribution, grow AUM through strategic initiatives, lead transformation and process improvements, manage daily operations and controls, and ensure regulatory compliance with MAS requirements.

Serve as Trade Finance subject matter expert to design, implement, and optimise trade products and platforms. Lead end-to-end product and system implementations, translate requirements into specifications, partner with stakeholders, ensure regulatory and operational controls, and support change management, testing, migration, and production readiness.

Develop small business loan portfolio through lead generation, prospecting, and sales activities; underwrite credit risk and identify mitigations; grow wallet share by understanding customer needs; ensure compliance with bank policies while executing development strategies.
