Manages existing customer accounts and processes inbound sales opportunities, including quoting, pricing, product recommendations, prospecting, relationship development, and account growth. Maintains customer and competitor data, oversees forecasts and sales budgets, gathers market intelligence, and supports sales strategy execution. Requires collaboration with operations, management, vendors, and strategic marketing teams. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Leads corporate HR strategy and programs, partnering with senior leadership on employee relations, talent management, organizational development, workforce planning, compensation, compliance, change management, and HR analytics. Oversees HR initiatives, compliance programs, employee engagement, succession planning, organizational transitions, team development, budgets, and HR service improvements while ensuring alignment with business objectives and employment laws.

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Hexagon EAM, including access, data integrity, configuration, integrations, maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution. Monitor SAP interfaces, translate business requirements into system enhancements, support testing and deployments, and create documentation and training materials. Ensure compliance with IT governance and security standards while collaborating with vendors, IT analysts, and business users.

Supports HR training and talent development initiatives by maintaining training materials, schedules, documentation, and employee records in HRIS systems. Assists with organizing learning events, researching workforce development practices, identifying employee development needs, and providing administrative support for HR projects.

Maintains cybersecurity compliance controls, audit evidence, governance documentation, vulnerability remediation, access reviews, and security awareness campaigns. Supports GDPR, NIS2, SAP, SWIFT, and GITC compliance; coordinates audits, tracks findings, reports security metrics, reviews segregation-of-duties violations, and collaborates with IT, OT, legal, privacy, and business stakeholders.

Coordinates customer orders, truck dispatch, outbound deliveries, and transportation resources across regional aggregate locations. Manages SAP sales and shipment orders, carrier relationships, freight invoice reconciliation, and service issue resolution. Supports retail yard optimization, cost-effective transportation strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requires strong analytical, communication, negotiation, organization, and conflict-resolution skills, along with transportation or logistics experience and periodic travel.

Supports the legal team through legal research, memorandum and correspondence drafting, corporate recordkeeping, transaction and due diligence review, pleadings and filings, policy advocacy, public education materials, and company-wide initiatives.

Supports purchasing and supply planning activities, including ERP navigation, purchase order maintenance, supplier communications, pricing and delivery coordination, reporting, data analysis, documentation, forecasting, and planning meetings. The intern also assists with spreadsheet creation, process documentation, and daily supply chain operations while developing practical experience in supplier management and business planning.

Supervise and coach the Accounts Payable team, oversee the full AP cycle and Procure-to-Pay contributions, ensure timely and accurate invoice payment and reconciliations, maintain internal controls and compliance, resolve complex vendor disputes, drive process improvements and automation, support audits, and prepare AP reports and KPIs for management.

Provide global network engineering support (LAN/WAN/DNS/DHCP/firewalls/wireless), troubleshoot L1-L3 issues, manage infrastructure lifecycle, automate tasks, optimize latency, support datacenter migrations and Cisco/Meraki deployments, create documentation, and mentor teams.
