Develop, test, and program PLC-based control systems for data center HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems. Meet clients, implement changes, support commissioning/start-up, debug logic/hardware/communications, collaborate with contractors/vendors, and document control strategies and configurations.

Coordinate and manage the end-to-end deal pipeline: intake/qualification, deal desk approvals, contract tracking with Legal, CRM data integrity, pipeline reporting, cross-functional coordination, and post-signature handoffs.

Lead design and delivery of PLC-based control systems for building and industrial automation: create PLC I/O architectures, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, network designs, BOMs, and construction documentation; coordinate across disciplines, support commissioning/troubleshooting, perform QA/QC, and mentor junior engineers.

Audit and enforce corporate card and employee expense policies: review transactions, verify documentation, investigate exceptions, allocate expenses to correct GL accounts and job codes, maintain HRIS job dimensions, monitor card program, produce compliance reports, and recommend policy/process improvements while partnering with accounting, project management, and leadership.

Lead design, development, and delivery of PLC-based control systems for large projects. Define control strategies and PLC architecture, establish programming standards, integrate with SCADA/BMS/EPMS, lead commissioning and troubleshooting, mentor engineers, and collaborate with project teams, vendors, and clients to ensure consistent, high-quality automation deployments.
