Lead Enterprise Architect designs and governs enterprise IT architectures for a federal environment. Responsibilities include defining target architectures, producing system design documents, ensuring security and compliance (NIST, DHS 4300A, Section 508), guiding cloud/hybrid modernization, conducting trade studies, developing business cases, and advising stakeholders throughout engineering, implementation, and governance activities.

Lead design, implement, and sustain CISA enterprise network infrastructure across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. Provide Tier 3 support, capacity planning, change management, testing, and ensure compliance with DHS/NIST security requirements. Support modernization, resiliency, and secure connectivity for mission-critical federal systems.

Lead full-lifecycle capture efforts for large, complex federal opportunities ($50M+), develop win strategies, engage senior government stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, shape solutions and proposals, manage pipeline and capture budgets, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvement in capture processes across DHS and Federal Civilian markets.

Develop and deliver Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and data visualizations for an Army customer. Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, design model-driven and canvas apps, build automated workflows, author technical documentation and training, support UAT, and provide project updates.
