Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or Requirements Analyst supporting enterprise business systems.
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition, contracting, procurement, financial, and business processes, including experience translating mission and functional requirements into system capabilities.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled business capabilities, workflow automation, decision support, and analytics use cases
- Comp Tia Security+ certification
- Active Secret clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Army, DoD, acquisition, contracting, financial, or mission enterprise systems.
- SAFe, Agile, Business Analysis, Product Owner/Product Manager, or ITIL certification preferred.
- Experience with Appian, LC/NC platforms, Jira, and enterprise workflow systems.
- Working knowledge of AI concepts and practical use cases for requirements analysis and user support
Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document ACWS requirements, workflows, and business rules
- Convert needs into backlog-ready stories and acceptance criteria
- Support UAT planning, scenario review, issue triage, and validation
- Maintain traceability and cross-team clarifications
- Identify process improvements.
