Support financial planning and reporting for Student Solutions by managing full-cycle accounting (AP/AR, payroll, EFTs), trust account reconciliations, invoicing and remittances, variance and KPI analysis, insurer data extraction, underwriting support, and partner with Operations, IT, and Client Services to improve reporting and controls.

Prepare quotes and marketing materials for group benefits up to 500 lives, produce client-ready reports and proposals, follow up with carriers, assist advisors with submissions and paperwork, review final reports, and support team members to drive new business and client relationships.

Drive new business and manage a portfolio of group benefits clients through strategic consulting, plan design, pricing, renewals, benchmarking, and client service. Develop new accounts via prospecting, negotiate renewals, mentor internal teams, and maintain supplier relations while ensuring revenue, client retention, and compliance with benefits legislation.

Lead and manage the group benefits underwriting team to evaluate risk, set competitive premiums, ensure compliance, and improve processes. Collaborate with carriers, sales, brokers, and internal teams, use data analytics to monitor performance, train staff, and support client presentations while driving client relationships and business opportunities.
