Lead market development and sales efforts in a designated market to expand presence, drive growth, and deepen customer satisfaction. Build relationships with homeowners, present solutions in-person and virtually, guide high-value decisions, collaborate with team members, and support events and meetings. Responsible for competitive positioning, achieving sales targets (base draw + commission), and delivering excellent customer experience.
