Provides phone, onsite, and online technical support; logs, prioritizes, resolves, and escalates service tickets. Installs hardware, peripherals, operating systems, networking components, and office software; troubleshoots PCs, servers, and applications; analyzes system logs; monitors support queues; and mentors junior help desk staff. The role requires occasional regional travel, weekend work, on-call rotation, shift and location flexibility, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission standards.

Implements and deploys client IT infrastructure and cloud solutions, including configuration, testing, documentation, and post‑go‑live support. Collaborates with project management, vendors, and clients, follows change management and security standards, and provides technical troubleshooting, training, and handoff to operations.

Lead national service delivery and integration for clinical imaging and related hosted applications. Own client relationships, SLA-driven 24x7x365 operations, vendor management, team leadership, and operational processes to ensure HIPAA-compliant, scalable managed services and growth support.
