Implements and deploys client IT infrastructure and cloud solutions, including configuration, testing, documentation, and post‑go‑live support. Collaborates with project management, vendors, and clients, follows change management and security standards, and provides technical troubleshooting, training, and handoff to operations.

Lead national service delivery and integration for clinical imaging and related hosted applications. Own client relationships, SLA-driven 24x7x365 operations, vendor management, team leadership, and operational processes to ensure HIPAA-compliant, scalable managed services and growth support.

Serve as initial phone contact for clients, triage and escalate service tickets, provide remote and occasional on-site clinical application support (PACS, RIS, voice recognition), resolve workstation/network/cloud issues, maintain documentation, follow security/HIPAA guidelines, and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
