Develop and execute regional sales strategies across Germany, Austria, and German-speaking Switzerland. Manage new business, strategic accounts, consortia negotiations, government tenders, and corporate deals. Build customer and purchasing-group relationships, monitor sales performance, prepare reports, coordinate marketing and telesales activities, attend exhibitions, visit customers, and collaborate cross-functionally. The role also includes coaching junior sales staff and supporting regional growth initiatives.
