Drive adoption of high-density data center cooling solutions across hyperscale, colocation, OEM/ODM, and enterprise accounts. Build and convert a technical sales pipeline, lead technical discovery and solution design, create TCO/ROI and sustainability narratives, partner with channel teams, maintain CRM forecasting (Salesforce), cross-sell products, provide customer insights, and travel up to 50% for customer engagement and events.

Provide on-site and remote advanced IT support for users and manufacturing operations, troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, OT/IoT devices, managing cybersecurity vulnerabilities, performing setups and inventory, coordinating vendors, and supporting employee onboarding and IT maintenance.

Ensure lighting product quality through control systems, root-cause analysis and CAPA, audits, NPI support, data-driven continuous improvement, supplier quality management, test/validation, documentation, and production training.

Work with EU customers to build relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored technical solutions. Provide technical responses, training, cost estimates, and sales engineering reports; support pre-sales, contribute to strategic planning, and maintain technical knowledge.

Drive territory sales for Legrand power-production products by developing strategies, building government and utility client relationships, pursuing project opportunities, delivering proposals, and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely execution and accurate forecasts.

Partner with leaders to deliver hands-on HR support across staffing, onboarding, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, performance management, compliance, and HR/payroll system transactions to improve employee experience and support business priorities.

Lead mechanical design, development, and validation of power distribution products. Perform advanced mechanical and thermal design, 3D modeling, GD&T, DFM, testing, certification support, and manufacturability reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and support product commercialization and compliance.
