Top Tech Jobs & Startup Jobs

Lead a QA engineering team and define an AI-driven quality strategy. Architect and scale automated tests for React applications and REST APIs using JavaScript or TypeScript and modern frameworks. Integrate regression suites into Git-based CI/CD pipelines, establish quality gates, reduce test flakiness, and collaborate with Scrum teams using BDD acceptance criteria. Oversee defect tracking, root-cause analysis, reporting, mentorship, code reviews, and continuous improvement.

Investigate and resolve complex L3 technical issues across Java backend and React frontend systems. Maintain platform stability, analyze root causes, implement long-term fixes, and optimize performance. Support production incidents, improve monitoring and AI-assisted troubleshooting workflows, document solutions, and collaborate with product and engineering teams. The role requires experience with distributed systems, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and full-stack debugging, plus Polish and English communication skills.

Build scalable full-stack commerce features using React and TypeScript on the frontend and Java microservices on the backend. Develop secure APIs, integrate business workflows, create accessible interfaces from Figma and design systems, optimize performance, and maintain functional, integration, and end-to-end test coverage. Use AI coding tools and help implement AI-driven platform capabilities while collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.

Design, build, and operate cloud-native infrastructure for a headless commerce platform on Kubernetes. Improve IaC (Terraform), CI/CD, monitoring, security, performance, and cost. Provide production support, troubleshoot deep infrastructure issues, document systems, and mentor engineers to foster a DevOps culture.

Develop and maintain scalable, secure Java backend systems and microservices using Spring Boot or Micronaut. Implement cloud-native solutions on GCP (Kubernetes, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage), use messaging (Pub/Sub) and NoSQL (MongoDB), apply OWASP secure-coding practices, perform vulnerability scanning, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and produce architecture and API documentation.

Lead technical presales engagements for an AI-driven commerce platform: run discovery sessions, design composable solution blueprints, build demos and prototypes, author technical RFP/RFI responses, and collaborate with GTM, Product, and Engineering to close enterprise deals across the DACH region.

Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance React/TypeScript web applications and frontend SDKs. Integrate with REST and GraphQL backends, implement secure auth (OAuth/JWT), translate Figma into accessible component architectures, and ensure code quality via unit and E2E tests. Collaborate with product, backend, and design teams to optimize client-side performance and deliver polished commerce workflows.

Design and iterate end-to-end UX/UI solutions for an enterprise commerce platform: conduct user research, produce wireframes and interactive prototypes, contribute to and expand the design system, identify UX friction, and collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure accurate implementation.

Own product strategy and roadmap for an AI-driven commerce platform. Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, prioritize features, collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales, and ensure business impact. Operate in Agile/Scrum, advocate user-centered design, mentor stakeholders, and communicate progress to leadership and customers.
