Lead group-wide HR functions including policy development, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, statutory compliance, performance management, employee relations, HRIS data management, training, and HR reporting. Support senior management on organizational development and implement engagement and retention initiatives across companies.

Produce original, high-quality content for websites, blogs, social and digital platforms. Research topics, write and edit material aligned with organizational and Jain values when required. Coordinate with marketing/media teams, create captions/taglines, assist with scripts, ensure grammar and plagiarism-free content, and maintain records for timely submission.

Create and edit 2D animations using industry-standard software. Collaborate with teams (storyboard artists, writers, editors, actors), incorporate client/producer feedback, participate in storyboarding, and revise animations to meet project specifications.

Develop and maintain media and public relationships, prepare press releases and promotional materials, coordinate press events and interviews, monitor media coverage, handle public inquiries, collaborate with internal teams and marketing, and support branding and public engagement activities.
