Host and present live or recorded programs, interviews, and events. Prepare and deliver scripts confidently, coordinate with production and editors, engage audiences, conduct interviews, manage live situations, participate in rehearsals and planning, and contribute creative presentation ideas while maintaining professional behavior and punctuality.

Edit raw footage into polished videos for social media, YouTube, events and promotions. Add transitions, graphics, animations, subtitles, sound effects, and music. Ensure color correction, audio sync, formatting, file organization, timely delivery, revisions, and coordinate with production and marketing teams.

Lead group-wide HR functions including policy development, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, statutory compliance, performance management, employee relations, HRIS data management, training, and HR reporting. Support senior management on organizational development and implement engagement and retention initiatives across companies.

Lead and supervise the camera team across shoots; plan camera setups, angles, lighting, and shot composition; ensure high-quality recordings; coordinate with directors and editors; manage equipment, schedules, backups, and maintenance; train junior cameramen and troubleshoot technical issues during shoots.

Gather, verify, and report news through interviews, research, live field coverage, and multimedia content. Write clear articles and scripts, coordinate with editorial and production teams, maintain source relationships and journalistic ethics, and submit verified materials on deadline across TV, digital, print, and social media.
