Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports complex Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Health, and Experience Clouds. Responsibilities include Apex and Lightning development, Salesforce integrations, workflows, custom applications, technical design, SDLC participation, Agile collaboration, estimation, documentation, and user support. The role partners with product owners and third-party developers to deliver enterprise-level CRM and digital experience solutions.

Provides bilingual client support through phone, email, and case channels; schedules health assessments and appointments; recommends services; handles payments, invoices, and collections inquiries; performs follow-ups; provides portal support; cross-sells services; coordinates with internal teams; supports client satisfaction initiatives; and helps train new staff.
