Lead P&L, growth and product strategy for a high-growth membership portfolio. Own revenue planning, pricing, retention and client experience across B2C, B2B and B2B2C. Translate analysis into business cases, drive roadmap and offers, align cross-functional teams, and use cohort and churn analysis to improve engagement and ARPU.

Lead annual B2B marketing strategy and execution across Direct, Indirect, and Account Management channels. Implement Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura/LWC), integrations (REST/XML/web services), support DevOps flows, collaborate with product owners, and provide ongoing administration and stakeholder support.

Design, implement, and optimize AI solutions (including Generative and agentic AI and LLMs). Build prototypes and deploy production systems, monitor model performance, support governance/security, and drive stakeholder adoption with documentation and training.

Perform outbound outreach to schedule Annual Health Assessments and additional services, meet daily sales targets, build and maintain client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, participate in qualification meetings and debriefs, and communicate product offerings to drive volume-based sales.

Lead partner channel growth by building and managing relationships with group benefits advisors, consultants, and brokerages across Ontario. Drive partner acquisition, onboarding, enablement, and full sales execution. Track performance in CRM, collaborate with marketing, provide market intelligence, and advise leadership on partner needs and strategic opportunities.
