Develop and maintain partnerships with hospitals and healthcare professionals to drive referrals and admissions for a skilled nursing facility. Coordinate with facility and corporate leadership to ensure timely, safe, and seamless transitions for new residents and patients.

Answer incoming calls, greet and assist guests, schedule appointments, and perform general administrative duties to support facility operations.

Process and reconcile vendor invoices, verify invoice accuracy, resolve discrepancies, reconcile vendor statements, allocate expenses, monitor purchasing card compliance, generate monthly accruals, and support month-end reporting while responding to accounts payable inquiries and ensuring policy compliance.
