Design, develop, and maintain enterprise analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. Build semantic models, data pipelines, and reporting datasets; optimize SQL transformations; support deployments, governance, security, and self-service reporting across business functions.

Lead global indirect and logistics procurement for ~$120M spend: develop category strategies (CAPEX, MRO, 3PL), negotiate suppliers, drive cost savings, own logistics strategy, implement procure-to-pay best practices, deliver analytics and process improvements, and lead a global procurement team to enable growth and efficiency.

Support production and material planning to align demand, inventory, and plant capacity. Maintain ERP/MRP planning data, manage raw material planning, monitor inventory and orders, produce KPI reports, and coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure on-time fulfillment and S&OP support.

Manage customer accounts and act as primary contact for customers, transporters and freight forwarders. Use ERP (D365) and CRM to process orders, track shipments, coordinate logistics and inventory with production and warehouse teams. Resolve customer inquiries, handle complaints and returns, analyze service and logistics metrics, support audits and implement process or system improvements to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsible for governance, integrity, and optimization of master data within D365 F&O. Establish data standards and ownership, maintain items, BOMs, routes, and customer/vendor setups, support MRP/ATP and planning readiness, monitor data quality KPIs, lead cleansing and controls, and enable cross-functional integration and ERP transformation.
