Manage and grow sales across a large territory serving food and beverage, VMS, and dietary supplement accounts. Develop territory strategies, nurture existing customers, convert new accounts, achieve sales and budget goals, monitor market trends, and collaborate cross-functionally to advance Minerals and Nutrients products. The role requires strong industry relationships, technical product knowledge, negotiation, presentation, planning, and independent territory management skills.

Coordinates intercompany inventory replenishment across Balchem’s global network. Manages intercompany purchase and sales orders, monitors inventory and order status, resolves shipment, pricing, invoicing, and transaction discrepancies, and supports month-end controls. Collaborates with supply chain, procurement, customer service, finance, accounting, logistics, and operations teams. Participates in process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, documentation, testing, and training to improve inventory visibility, transaction accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Supports global transfer pricing compliance, documentation, analysis, and audit readiness. Responsibilities include preparing Master and Local Files, coordinating financial data across jurisdictions, monitoring intercompany transactions, reviewing entity profitability, calculating true-ups, supporting CbCR and Pillar Two initiatives, maintaining transfer pricing policies in ERP systems, collaborating with finance and external advisors, and responding to tax authority inquiries. The role also assists with regulatory monitoring, benchmarking studies, and transfer pricing-related business initiatives.

Provides technical leadership for manufacturing and packaging process design, scale-ups, safety evaluations, experiments, process improvements, and engineering projects. Develops project scopes, P&IDs, drawings, controls narratives, maintenance plans, SOPs, and related documentation. Supports material handling, ingredient preparation, receiving, CIP, and liquid and powder processing. Leads cross-functional resources, mentors team members, applies Lean and Six Sigma methods, and supports quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support supply chain finance for manufacturing sites including monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, standard costing, variance analysis, budgeting/forecasting, inventory accounting, audit support, and ad hoc financial analyses to inform operations and decision-making.

Support intercompany inventory accounting, including D365 standard costing, transfer pricing, and month-end close. Prepare intercompany profit elimination calculations, reconcile inventory transactions, investigate valuation discrepancies, partner with supply chain and accounting, assist audits, and drive process improvements and automation for global intercompany operations.

Develop and execute direct spend procurement strategies across U.S. and Europe. Lead sourcing events, negotiations, supplier selection, and contract management. Drive cost reduction, supply continuity, supplier development, cross-functional alignment, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement while supporting tactical procurement and project execution.

Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to multiple senior leaders: manage complex calendars and high-volume inboxes, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare presentations and reports, support board matters and compliance training administration, plan meetings and events, process expenses and invoices, and serve as backup to CEO/CFO executive assistants and corporate paralegal.

Lead R&D portfolio management for Human Nutrition & Health, ensuring prioritization, stage-gate governance, resource capacity, and execution discipline. Manage a team of project managers, align cross-functional stakeholders, maintain portfolio metrics and systems, and partner with Finance to track valuation and performance. Drive adoption of PM standards, improve processes, and ensure regulatory, quality, and safety compliance.

Lead month‑end close activities, prepare and analyze journal entries and financial statements, support SEC filings and SOX testing, reconcile ledgers, guide staff accountants, assist consolidations, and drive improvements in financial reporting systems, budgeting, and forecasting.
