Intern will build risk control infrastructure: develop backend APIs and microservices, implement real-time streaming pipelines (Kafka/Flink), optimize rule execution, analyze fraud using SQL, create monitoring dashboards, and write unit/integration tests to protect against financial loss.

Analyze large-scale user and transaction data to build core business metric systems and dashboards, model LTV and acquisition funnels, run A/B tests, support risk-control and product optimization, collaborate on data warehouse design, and mentor junior analysts.

Lead partnership sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding with payment institutions, fintechs, and liquidity providers to expand fiat on/off-ramps and currency corridors. Support global payout and multi-currency wallet growth, enable crypto-backed loan liquidity, and work cross-functionally with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Product, and Treasury. Monitor market and regulatory changes and maintain institutional relationships.

Design and evolve the core payment platform architecture covering acquiring, routing, clearing, refunds, reconciliation and anti-fraud. Integrate banks/PSPs/card networks, build high-concurrency distributed microservices, ensure security/compliance (PCI-DSS, AML/KYC), enable multi-currency and cross-border flows, and partner with Product/Risk/Compliance to deliver resilient, observable, cloud-native payments at scale.

Assess AML/AFC operational workflows to identify weaknesses, optimize and revise SOPs, improve and automate testing processes, establish quality metrics, and monitor industry/regulatory trends to recommend process improvements.

Lead product planning, UX design, and user-growth strategies for an overseas stablecoin payments app. Map user journeys (KYC, deposits, payments), design MVPs, build viral growth mechanics, define business logic for payments and card products, ensure compliance with development and compliance teams, and use A/B testing and analytics to improve funnel conversion.

Own C-side growth operations for the Send transaction business: drive acquisition, conversion, retention, frequency, and repeat purchases. Analyze user behavior and funnels to identify growth opportunities, translate insights into experiments and product requirements, coordinate cross-functional execution, and build metrics and review frameworks to iterate on growth initiatives.

Lead roadmap and delivery for fiat on‑ramp/off‑ramp and payment channels (VAs, card acquiring, e‑wallets, remittances). Manage partner integrations, optimize UX and conversion, monitor channel performance and reconciliation, and coordinate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Ops to ensure stability and compliance.
