About the Team

We are the core Software Testing team, responsible for ensuring the high-quality delivery of our FinTech application, which serves tens of millions of users. Here, you will not only gain exposure to high-concurrency and highly secure financial business scenarios, but also deeply participate in weekly agile iterations. You will have the opportunity to explore the development and application of cutting-edge testing technologies, such as quality monitoring platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Testing Execution: Participate in functional, UI, and stability testing of our FinTech App (covering core modules such as remittance, lending, payments, and risk management). Write and execute test cases, and accurately locate and track bugs.

• Agile Iteration Support: Adapt to a fast-paced weekly iteration cycle. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure testing tasks are completed on time and with high quality.

• Specialized & Compliance Testing: Under the guidance of mentors, participate in compliance and risk audits for financial operations, as well as performance and security testing, to safeguard user data and funds.

• Efficiency Tool Application: Learn and utilize our in-house data generation platform for efficient test data preparation. Participate in the maintenance and execution of API/UI automated test scripts, and analyze testing blind spots using code coverage platforms.

Requirements

  1. Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, Mathematics, FinTech, or related fields (Class of 2027 and later preferred).
  2. Theoretical Foundation: Solid understanding of basic software testing theories (e.g., black-box testing design methods, testing lifecycle) and familiarity with software development workflows (Agile/Scrum preferred).
  3. Technical Skills (Bonus Points):
  • Familiar with common Linux commands and basic SQL syntax; able to independently query databases to verify business results.
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python or Java); experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Postman is a strong plus.

   4.Soft Skills & Professionalism:

  • Meticulous & Responsible: Financial operations require a high level of accuracy. You should be sensitive to numbers and possess strong risk awareness.
  • Excellent Communication & Logical Thinking: Ability to clearly articulate bug reproduction steps, handle pressure effectively, and adapt to agile iteration rhythms.
  • Availability: Able to intern for at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 4 months.

Skills Required

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, Mathematics, FinTech, or related fields
  • Graduation year Class of 2027 and later (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of basic software testing theories (black-box testing, testing lifecycle)
