Lead and grow strategic enterprise accounts in Mumbai/West India by driving end-to-end AWS and Azure cloud transformation deals, building CXO relationships, executing account-based GTM plans, and coordinating pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams to close large multi-cloud engagements.

Design, build, test, document, and support secure AWS cloud architectures using IaC and CI/CD. Implement and operate containerized workloads on Kubernetes, create pipeline automation, manage cloud networking and security, administer Linux/Windows servers, and configure monitoring and observability tools.

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and communications. Coordinate technical resources and partners, enforce Agile practices, reconcile timesheets/invoices, drive execution and stakeholder alignment, and contribute to Professional Services best practices to meet customer satisfaction goals.

Manage and grow relationships with GSIs, RSIs and SIs, drive sell-through via joint GTM and co-selling, establish international partners, enable partners through training, identify partner-driven opportunities, align cross-functionally, track KPIs, and lead partner negotiations and agreements to expand market reach and revenue.

Design, build, and operate scalable Azure cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Automate configuration management, monitor systems with ELK/Grafana/Prometheus, orchestrate microservices on Kubernetes, manage databases, support on-call incident triage, and collaborate with developers to ensure security and performance.

Own and optimize paid demand-generation channels (Google, LinkedIn, programmatic, email, events) to meet CAC and ROAS targets. Manage channel mix, agencies, and partners; align spend with sales pipeline; improve funnel conversion, CRM hygiene, and lifecycle marketing to drive pipeline and deal velocity.
