Resolves conflicts, coaches supervisors, improves retention, coordinates scheduling and certifications, maintains compliance and staffing ratios, and develops career pathways. Partners with field operations and executives to communicate workforce trends, risks, and performance. Requires experience in field operations and people management, preferably in construction, electrical, industrial, or technical trades.

Evaluates financial, operational, commercial, and compliance risks for projects, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Manages subcontractor prequalification, reviews financial health and documentation, analyzes contracts and performance metrics, maintains compliance platforms, and prepares risk reports, dashboards, prequalification packages, and executive recommendations.

Owns the configuration, governance, administration, integration, and adoption of Trimble ProjectSight. Manages ProjectSight-Vista ERP data synchronization, project templates, workflows, security roles, data quality, rollouts, user training, documentation, vendor support, and issue resolution. Partners with Analytics, Accounting, Project Controls, and project teams to ensure accurate reporting and consistent system usage across field and office environments.

Coordinates logistics across multiple electrical construction projects, prioritizing deliveries, transfers, inventory, material availability, and resource allocation. Supervises approximately five Material/Logistics Handlers, provides coaching and performance feedback, resolves shortages and delivery issues, and maintains accurate logistics records. The role monitors safety, inventory control, jobsite conditions, and logistics KPIs while coordinating with Purchasing and escalating significant risks. Regular travel among active project locations is required.

Administers and supports the Viewpoint Vista ERP system, including configuration, security, workflows, integrations, troubleshooting, reporting, data quality, and user training. Partners with Finance, HR, Operations, Analytics, and external consultants to resolve issues, implement updates, improve processes, maintain documentation, and ensure reliable data across business systems.

Manage electrical construction projects from inception through completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor and vendor coordination, site visits, safety and quality compliance, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, reporting, and team mentoring. The role requires ensuring projects meet client requirements, timelines, budgets, and industry standards.

Supports the Controller and CFO with daily accounting operations, GAAP financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax documentation, cash flow management, and financial analysis. The role also improves accounting systems and processes, prepares executive dashboards, supports special projects, and supervises accounting staff.

Manages the end-to-end employee onboarding experience from offer acceptance through the first 90 days. Leads onboarding staff, sets strategy and KPIs, oversees orientation, budgets, vendors, compliance documentation, and cross-functional partnerships. Reports onboarding outcomes to HR leadership, resolves escalations, improves processes and materials, and ensures consistent new-hire readiness, satisfaction, and retention across locations.

Supports Workday HCM implementation and post-go-live optimization through configuration assistance, data conversion, testing, reporting, release validation, issue triage, training, documentation, and data quality audits. The role serves as a Tier 1/2 support contact for HR, Payroll, managers, and employees; monitors reports and integrations; assists with security reviews; and identifies process improvements and enhancement opportunities.

Administer and implement Workday HCM, including configuration, security, integrations, reporting, data conversion, testing, payroll and benefits validation, release management, and go-live support. Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and implementation consultants to improve processes, maintain data governance, support compliance, resolve escalated tickets, and train users. The role also manages Workday documentation, audits, integrations, business processes, and ongoing system enhancements.
