Generate qualified pipeline in Fortune 500 enterprise accounts through targeted inbound and outbound outreach. Research accounts, develop personalized messaging, cold call senior stakeholders, qualify discovery conversations, and hand off well-documented opportunities to Strategic Account Directors. Maintain CRM accuracy, use prospecting and AI tools, multi-thread account engagement, and provide feedback to improve sales playbooks.

Leads the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, deployment tooling, and DevSecOps controls for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid customer environments. Automates provisioning, upgrades, monitoring, reporting, and change management while improving deployment reliability and reducing operational toil. Collaborates with Systems Engineering and SRE teams, supports customer deployments, tracks delivery metrics, and maintains documentation and reusable playbooks.

Owns the CCO’s customer intelligence and decision-support infrastructure, including customer health and risk models, retention economics, renewal forecasting, executive reporting, operating cadence, Voice of Customer programs, and CS tooling strategy. The role drives cross-functional strategic initiatives, directs analytical support, and influences leadership decisions across Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing.

Own end-to-end delivery and expansion of agentic AI deployments for strategic enterprise accounts. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, coordinate Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Sales, manage risks and milestones, quantify business value, identify account growth opportunities, and provide structured customer feedback to product leadership. Initially operate as a player-coach while building delivery processes and hiring a team.

Lead the analytics function by building Power BI and Superset dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses, and applying AI and NLP tools to generate insights. Own reporting data observability, SQL and database performance, production support, capacity planning, and platform reliability at scale. Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams on analytics solutions and roadmap development while building and mentoring a high-performing analytics team.

Lead Skan AI’s customer marketing function, building advocacy, community, advisory board, storytelling, reference, loyalty, co-marketing, and review-platform programs. Partner with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Communications to turn customer outcomes into credible stories that accelerate enterprise revenue. Develop account-level advocacy plans, case studies, videos, announcements, executive programs, and customer proof tailored to regulated-industry buyers.
