Lead the Hungary sales team across B2C and B2B channels, develop revenue strategies, manage Japan Rail Pass sales, grow client and airline relationships, and meet sales targets. Responsibilities include staff coaching, performance management, customer consultation, sales forecasting, campaign collaboration, product development support, market analysis, issue resolution, and industry representation. The role requires travel-industry sales management experience, strong leadership, Hungarian and English proficiency, financial understanding, and regular travel within Europe.
