Own Qevlar AI’s global demand generation strategy and pipeline number. Build an inbound-led, signal-based demand engine using SEO, CRO, AI discoverability, intent data, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation. Manage website conversion, martech, agencies, events, and field marketing while partnering with Sales and Marketing. Report on pipeline, funnel conversion, CAC, and marketing-sourced revenue, using experimentation and AI automation to build scalable systems in an early-stage cybersecurity SaaS company.

Develop end-to-end features across the Python backend and TypeScript/Vue.js frontend. Own dependable full-stack code, lead code reviews, optimize technical workflows, and maintain product performance and user experience. Collaborate with product teams, lead features from conception through deployment, and mentor junior developers in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience with LLM products, AI systems, cybersecurity, or security tooling is advantageous.

Own and negotiate commercial contracts, including MSAs, DPAs, SaaS agreements, and vendor contracts. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to support go-to-market activities, manage risk, and accelerate deal cycles. Build scalable legal templates, playbooks, and processes while advising on data protection, compliance, and corporate matters. The role requires pragmatic commercial judgment in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment with international US/EU contracts.

Sell Qevlar's AI-driven security platform to UK&I enterprise accounts (€1B+), drive outbound and partner-sourced pipeline, lead 3-6 month multi-stakeholder deals using MEDDPICC, run demos/POVs with Sales Engineers, negotiate six- to seven-figure ACVs, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, forecast accurately and feed product/marketing with field insights.

Own full-cycle GTM recruiting across EMEA (BDR to Director), partner with sales leaders, build sourcing pipelines, run structured interviews and verdict-first summaries, lead offer construction and negotiation, ensure GDPR-compliant candidate data handling, maintain hiring dashboards, and deliver excellent candidate experience.

Generate and qualify new pipeline through outbound outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, events). Engage cybersecurity and IT stakeholders, personalize messaging, optimize outbound strategies, represent Qevlar at events, and maintain CRM activity and pipeline data while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Lead and develop a team of three AEs for UK&I and Nordics: own forecast, pipeline health, coaching MEDDPICC, attend critical deals, co-manage channel partnerships, and drive regional quota attainment.
