Independently manages commercial, construction, industrial, environmental, and equipment rental contracts throughout their lifecycle. Drafts and negotiates agreements, assesses contractual and commercial risks, advises stakeholders, maintains templates and playbooks, manages CLM records and workflows, tracks obligations and renewals, supports dispute resolution, and develops reporting and process improvements.

Lead end-to-end pricing strategy and execution: design rate architecture and customer tiering, drive price realization and governance, build deal desk, pricing tools, dashboards and controls, partner with sales for enablement and renewals, and measure margin impact across segments.

Develops assigned sales territories through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, appointments, presentations, and account growth. Collaborates on sales plans and revenue goals, interprets blueprints and CADD documents, tracks customer interactions in CRM, and monitors industry trends. Requires sales experience, CRM proficiency, construction or mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and up to 10% overnight travel.

Sell specialty containment and waste management solutions across Santa Barbara County by prospecting, qualifying leads, setting appointments, delivering presentations, and supporting customers onsite. Provide technical support for tanks, pumps, piping and filtration, interpret blueprints/CADD, maintain CRM records, coordinate with branch/regional teams, and help develop strategic sales plans and goals.
