Leads field-based sales enablement and referral growth across dental practices. Develops and delivers coaching programs, trains teams on consultative selling, provider engagement, referral strategies, and HubSpot CRM adoption. Conducts field observations, supports onboarding and performance initiatives, improves sales behaviors, and uses CRM insights to identify opportunities. Partners with marketing, operations, clinical education, surgeons, and practice leaders to translate strategy into consistent execution across multiple markets.

Develops and executes market-specific growth strategies for assigned healthcare practices. Responsibilities include analyzing referral and marketing performance data, building referral relationships, managing community outreach, planning budgets, optimizing localized digital advertising, tracking campaign ROI, and reporting results. Coordinates marketing, public relations, referral outreach, promotional events, and community engagement for an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice. Manages website and social media content, tracks referrals and expenses, prepares performance reports, delivers marketing materials, and builds relationships with referring healthcare providers. Provides occasional front-desk support and coordinates employee engagement activities.

Build and maintain relationships with referring dental offices through daily field visits, expand the practice’s referral network, introduce services to new practices, deliver marketing materials, coordinate appreciation events, gather referral feedback, and track visits, mileage, and referral trends. The role represents the oral surgery practice professionally and supports brand awareness and growth in the Scottsdale area.

Coordinate outreach and promotional activities to grow patient referrals, manage website and social media content, plan and support events, track referral data and expenses, perform field visits to referring offices, and assist with front-desk and administrative tasks.

Perform weekly reconciliations of Practice Management collections to bank deposits, record journal entries and reconcile corporate and practice bank accounts in NetSuite. Support ad-hoc reporting, audits, and month/quarter/year-end close. Communicate variances, maintain reconciliation workbooks, and assist the Accounting Manager and billing team as needed.

Support month-end close activities including AP, payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, fixed asset and lease module support, and audit assistance. Prepare schedules, ad hoc reports, and assist with accounting transitions for new practices.

Drive referral growth and practice revenue by executing local marketing strategies, building relationships with referral sources, tracking referral data and ROI, managing marketing budget, coordinating events, and maintaining consistent brand presence.
