Lead new product development of semiconductor materials from design through prototype and transfer to manufacturing. Automate manual planning tasks, ensure data accuracy across ERP systems, prototype AI-assisted decision-support tools, and partner with operations to analyze demand, capacity, and production performance.

Manage daily sales operations including order management, RFQ and quote support, CRM activity, pricing execution, KPI reporting, ERP automation projects, customer inquiries, and commercial process improvements to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
