Define product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and OKRs for digital products serving global users. Lead customer research, competitive analysis, experimentation, requirements gathering, prioritization, release readiness, go-to-market collaboration, and product performance measurement. Support end-to-end payment operations across Mexico including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, reconciliations, and customer queries. Monitor transactions for fraud, collaborate with banks and PSPs to resolve issues, analyze payment trends, document SOPs, support integrations and testing of payment technologies, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance while minimizing customer impact during incidents.

Lead and own global payments operations, metrics, fraud prevention, risk and compliance. Collaborate with product and engineering, recruit and manage distributed payments teams, investigate fraud, optimise acceptance and conversion, and act as primary partner with payment networks to resolve production issues.

Build and productionize ML systems for personalization, search, and recommendations. Apply statistical and ML models using Python and SQL, collaborate with stakeholders, and measure business impact across cloud environments.
