Lead development and implementation of sustainable procurement across direct and indirect sourcing. Drive roadmap, supplier engagement, KPI development, tooling (SRM/CLM/P2P), benchmarking, training, cross-functional collaboration, and regulatory compliance (CSRD). Support procurement transformation projects and supplier performance monitoring.
