Specialist – Business Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI reporting for the Business and region needs within GxCH organization

• Support data-driven decision making across GxCH organization

• Support users with the use of Power BI reports

• Integrate data from different sources such as databases, APIs, flat files, or cloud services into the BI solution.

• Document BI solution architecture, data models, ETL processes, and other relevant artifacts.

• Manage access rights to different GxCH reports in Power BI according to defined guidelines

• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to meet business needs.

• Maintenance of GxCH reports in Power BI

• Provide 1st or 2nd level support and utilize 3rd level support.

What we expect

• 3 – 5 years experience in Power BI development

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field

• Strong programming skills in SQL and DAX

• Experience with SSMS, Azure Studio, AI, Databricks and MS Excel is seen as an advantage

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience working with large dataset and databases

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Ownership, initiative and drive. You take accountability of the issues that occur and you are motivated to solve problems and seeing the results of your work in effective use

• Team and business first mindset, ability to work, collaborate and communicate effectively with various cross-functional stakeholders to achieve common goals

• Ability to understand business needs and translate into small enhancements or solutions

• Fluency in English language
