Responsibilities include mapping processes, identifying bottlenecks and control gaps, redesigning workflows, deploying AI use cases, reducing manual work, improving management information, and partnering with Finance, Technology, and Data teams to deliver scalable solutions. Success is measured through efficiency, accuracy, faster cycle times, stronger controls, and improved business insights.

Deploy and operationalize AI agents across global operations: build single and multi-agent systems, implement RAG/knowledge layers, evaluation, guardrails, observability, and own outcomes and budgets.

Lead analysis, definition, and improvement of cards clearing and settlement processes across Visa and Mastercard schemes. Gather and document requirements, create functional specifications, support testing/UAT, troubleshoot reconciliation and settlement issues, coordinate scheme mandate implementations, and work with stakeholders to ensure compliant, efficient transaction processing and controls.

Lead product development and launches for payments platforms, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining JIRA backlog, conducting audits, improving team productivity and cross-functional collaboration, and delivering customer-centric payment solutions.

Ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability on AWS. Operate and develop monitoring/alerting (Dynatrace, ELK, PagerDuty), define SLI/SLOs, automate processes, respond to production incidents (on‑call), troubleshoot, and collaborate with engineering to improve observability and resilience.

Lead technology risk, control implementation, and compliance for payment systems. Manage audits and evidence gathering, oversee infrastructure security (physical and cloud), guide product certifications (e.g., PCI, ISO, SPEI/SPID), and advise stakeholders while leading a small team to mitigate vulnerabilities.
